About me
I’m a bilingual project manager with 10+ years in music curation, artist development, and cross-cultural projects. I’ve co-founded multiple Japan-based labels and directed 20+ Japan–West collaborations, generating over 40 million streams. I launched the MUSUBITABI project to document Japan’s people, places, and media culture, and the Tsunami Sounds label to curate the sound and creative environment that I love. My passion for the Japanese language and culture started as a teenager and is rooted in my love of nature and urban design. Through my work, I want to help build and preserve environments where music, media, and communities can thrive.
